Your Children’s Trees has partnered with schools in the Goleta Unified School District and Hope Union School District to create interactive maps of the trees on their campuses. These maps can be used to locate and identify the trees on each school’s campus. Additionally, each tree has been affixed with a metal tag featuring a barcode that one can scan using any smartphone barcode reading app to learn more about that tree using the Selectree Database. Use the app ShopSavvy or the iPhone camera to scan the QR codes.
